Does the in-home estimate cost anything?
No. Pro Build brings samples, measures the rooms, and prepares the scope without charging for the visit.
Do you have a flooring showroom?
No. Samples come to your home so you can compare them beside your walls, cabinets, trim, furniture, and natural light.
How long does flooring installation take?
The schedule depends on the number of rooms, removal, subfloor preparation, stairs, and transitions. A single straightforward room may take a day. The written scope sets the planned timing for your job.
What do I need to move before the crew arrives?
Plan to remove small items, electronics, breakables, and belongings from closets. Any furniture-moving responsibility is written into the scope before installation day.
Can removal of the old floor be included?
Yes. Removal and disposal can be included after the existing floor and access route are reviewed during the estimate.
What happens if the crew finds a subfloor problem?
The issue is documented and the effect on scope, timing, and price is explained before additional work moves forward.
