About Pro Build

A flooring job should have one accountable plan.

Pro Build sells the material, defines the work, and manages subcontracted installation crews. You do not have to coordinate the handoffs.

The model

Specialist crews. One customer relationship.

Flooring crews get good by doing the same kind of work repeatedly. Pro Build assigns subcontracted installers to the work, then remains responsible for the customer-facing scope and schedule.

That structure only works when the written plan is specific. Material, tear-out, floor prep, transitions, trim, furniture, cleanup, and traffic timing are discussed before installation.

The homeowner deals with Pro Build for the estimate, product decision, written scope, scheduling, and final walkthrough. Questions do not get passed between a store and an installer.

What stays consistent

Clear scope

The estimate identifies the known work instead of burying it in one vague line.

Real rooms

Samples are considered at home, in the light and next to the surfaces that remain.

Final walkthrough

The job ends with a review of the finished work, care, and any open item.
