A plain-language privacy policy.
Effective August 11, 2026. This policy covers information submitted through the Pro Build website.
Information collected
The estimate form asks only for your name and phone number. It separately records whether you chose the optional SMS consent checkbox and the consent language shown at that time. If you continue from the floor finder, the request can also include the material, room, and approximate planning measurements you selected. When you submit, the request records the page used, first landing page, referring page, available campaign parameters, submission time, and a request ID. The site may collect additional basic usage data when analytics is configured.
How it is used
Pro Build uses the information to respond to your request, prepare for an estimate, communicate about the project, prevent duplicate handling, operate the website, and understand which pages or campaigns help homeowners. SMS is used only when you separately opt in.
Service providers
Information may be handled by providers used to host the site, process estimate submissions, manage customer communication, or measure site performance. Pro Build does not sell the contact information submitted for an estimate. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers supporting requested services may process information only for that support, and text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.
Your choices
You can ask Pro Build during project communication to correct or stop using contact details that are no longer needed for the request. If you opted in to SMS, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Choosing not to receive SMS does not prevent you from requesting or purchasing services.
